Acustiart panels are components for the construction of absorbent volumetric surfaces as deflectors, acoustic islands or acoustic clouds. Consisting of a rigid metal frame and a perforated backing tray fulfilled with absorbing materials and revested with fabric.

Assembly Instructions

Acustiart acoustic panels are extremely delicates and should be handled with the utmost care. They are supplied with a plastic cover to avoid damage during transportation, handling and installation. This plastic should be removed and care taken not to use sharp objects which might damage the fabric. The product is relatively heavy and two workers should be employed for handling purposes.

Ceiling assembly “Ceiling fixing kit” (optional): Drill holes in ceiling and insert stud (1). Screw the lag screw (3) through the fastening piece (2). Once the screw has been tightened, thread (4)the part, to which we will have previously inserted the (5). Thread the part of the brake support (6) that incorporates the rings onto the square piece with a male threaded rod. This piece will be the one that slides along the metal guide on the back of the ACUSTIART panel.

Ceiling assembly “ suspended by metal clip” (7): Recommended method especially conceived for Acustiart panel’s suspension on ceilings with “T” standard system profiles. No need to drill. We recommend to check the admissible weight limit and to reinforce it if necessary. For this, use the special clip for profiles (7) included in the “ceiling fixing kit.”
